2. Service Description

We offer website design and development services. Our process is as follows:

  • Payment: 100% of the project fee is required upfront for the project to commence.
  • Homepage Design: Upon receiving the necessary information about your website and business, we will design a homepage.
  • Iterations: If you are not satisfied with the initial homepage design, we will provide a reasonable number of design iterations based on your feedback.
  • Refund Policy: If you remain unsatisfied with the homepage design, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of your refund request.
  • Approval: Once you approve the homepage design, you forfeit your entitlement to a 100% refund, and we proceed to design further key pages and build the full website.
  • Ownership: Upon completion of the website, all site contents will be owned by you.
  • Hosting Service: We offer a hosting service through a third-party provider. We are not responsible for any downtime, loss of files, or service disruptions resulting from issues with the hosting provider.

3. Payment

All payments for our services must be made in full upfront. We accept payment through Stripe, and payment details will be provided upon engagement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and full payment, you will own all intellectual property rights to the website design and its contents. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.

5. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the homepage design and wish to claim a 100% refund, you must make your refund request within 30 days of the initial homepage design delivery. Refunds will be processed promptly, and it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.

6. Hosting Service

We offer a hosting service through a third-party provider. While we strive to ensure optimal performance, we are not liable for any downtime, loss of files, or service disruptions caused by issues with the hosting provider. We recommend reviewing the hosting provider’s terms and conditions for additional information.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
